Cao Bang - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa issued an official dispatch to rectify the working style of departments, agencies, branches, and localities.

Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa has just issued Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND requesting departments, branches, and localities to rectify working styles, reduce formal meetings, and focus on solving substantive work.

The telegram emphasized: "Meetings are just a means, not a management goal. If there are many meetings but the work does not change, and problems are not resolved, then that is a manifestation of formalism, causing waste of time and resources".

Accordingly, agencies and units must review the conference regime, reduce at least 10% of the number of meetings annually and streamline at least 15% of unnecessary administrative documents.

Meetings are only organized when really necessary, documents must be concise and go straight to the issue.

The telegram also requests leaders of departments, branches and localities to strengthen going to the grassroots level, focusing on inspecting areas and localities that are still difficult and slow to progress to promptly remove obstacles.

In addition, the Office of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province is assigned to coordinate scientific work schedules to avoid overlap; the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province coordinates to evaluate the implementation, linking the responsibility of the head with the results of public service performance.

The issuance of the official dispatch is expected to create a change in the working style of the administrative apparatus in Cao Bang, towards an effective and efficient administration, serving people and businesses.
