The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on checking press information reflecting that the Drainage and construction project from the turn of Nui Truc Street to Son Tay Street (through Giang Van Minh Street, Doi Can Street, in Kim Ma Ward and Doi Can Ward, Ba Dinh District) was started decades ago but has not been completed yet.
The project area has been turned into a gathering place for construction materials, waste, scrap, etc., the drainage system does not ensure, so every time there is heavy rain, flooding causes people here to live with pollution for many years.
Regarding this, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to urgently inspect and clarify information reported by the press, strictly handle violations (if any); report to the City People's Committee before April 15, 2025.
Earlier, at the end of 2023, in the written response to voters' petitions, the Hanoi People's Committee said that the project of investing in Hoa Moc and constructs the road from the turn to the turn to the mountain town of Truc - Son Tay (the beginning of the line with the road to the mountain town, the end of the route intersects with Son Tay street) is currently not in the route, there is no road to the construction deployment.
Regarding site clearance, out of a total of 263 plans, the Hanoi People's Committee has approved 226 plans, and has not yet approved 37 plans.
Of which, 95 plans have been handed over, 131 plans have not been handed over (55 plans have received money but have not yet handed over the site, 76 plans have not received money due to recommendations related to boundary adjustment, recommendations related to compensation, support for land, and have not completed procedures for declaring inheritance)...
