Implementing the Hanh Phuc Lake Flower Garden Project, by the morning of April 7, 3 more households had agreed with the compensation, support and received compensation and support funds, and had handed over the site to the authorities.
Up to now, out of 25 households renting houses of Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited within the land acquisition limit to implement the Hanh Phuc Lake Flower Garden project, 8 households have agreed with the compensation and support plan and have handed over the site. The remaining 17 households have not yet handed over the site and have made recommendations for compensation and support that are not supported by law.
According to the plan, on April 10, the People's Committee of Kien An district will carry out the compulsory land recovery to implement the Hanh Phuc Lake Flower Garden project. Previously, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien An District issued a decision to enforce land recovery. The District People's Committee has developed a enforcement plan, assigning specific tasks to relevant departments, offices and units.
Currently, agencies, departments, branches, and socio-political organizations of the district and Tran Thanh Ngo ward continue to propagate and mobilize households to hand over the project site. If households still do not comply with the land recovery decision, the People's Committee of Kien An District will carry out compulsory land recovery according to the provisions of law.
