To make Hoan Kiem Lake truly spacious
Inspecting the field of organizing the collection of community opinions for the "Local adjustment plan of urban sub-area planning H1-1B (Hoan Kiem Lake area and surroundings), scale 1/2000 and part of urban sub-area planning H1-1C, scale 1/2000 combined with detailed planning solutions, scale 1/500 for renovation, embellishment, reconstruction, spatial reconstruction of Hoan Kiem Lake area and surrounding areas" at the Hanoi Exhibition Information Center (No. 93 Dinh Tien Hoang, Hoan Kiem ward), Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang directly exchanged with the people about the adjustment plan.
According to Chairman Vu Dai Thang, the city is trying its best to make the space in the Hoan Kiem Lake area wider and more spacious.
This is a step to collect public opinions from the people, hoping to receive contributions from people to plan Hoan Kiem Lake to be truly spacious.
Sharing with the people, Chairman Vu Dai Thang said that the city is public and wishes to receive many contributions from the people in building the development plan for Hoan Kiem Lake area - a very sacred and important area.
The city also wants more spacious streets, more public spaces, especially squares so that people can enjoy the scenery of Hoan Kiem Lake more comfortably and spaciously. Currently, it is only the step of asking for opinions on the site, and the construction of new works is a later step and will have to be calculated very carefully. In which, what to build, where to build must be studied very carefully" - Chairman Vu Dai Thang said.

According to Chairman Vu Dai Thang, for the construction of any project in the Hoan Kiem Lake area, it is necessary to conduct a competitive examination to choose the appropriate option. Next, Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang and the working delegation came to inspect the site of the organization of collecting community opinions at the headquarters of the Military Command of Hong Ha ward (No. 10 Chuong Duong Do street) for the Project on Overall Adjustment of Urban Subdivision Planning of the Red River (section from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge), scale 1/5000 and Plan, location of the road of the Red River scenic avenue, scale 1/500.
