On the afternoon of November 19, in Tay Mo ward, Delegation No. 12 of the Hanoi People's Council met with voters of the wards: Tay Mo, Dai Mo, Tu Liem and Xuan Phuong.
At the conference, voters proposed to solve many problems of urban management and infrastructure project implementation in wards.
Voter Nguyen Thi Hao (Tay Mo ward) recommended that the city pay attention to the drainage project to implement in Tay Mo ward, avoiding local flooding for many days after heavy rains.
Voters recommended improving the operational efficiency of Cau Nga pumping station and having solutions to upgrade and renovate the pumping station to meet the drainage needs of the entire area.
Voters in Dai Mo ward stated that in reality, there is a Vinaconex 2 apartment building in An Lac apartment building that has been in use for over 15 years, but the facilities have not been handed over by the investor to the ward for management, and the infrastructure is degraded.
Voters requested the city to direct the authorities to request investors to implement the project to hand over infrastructure to the ward for management, with conditions for infrastructure investment to ensure people's lives.
Meanwhile, the Vinaconex 2 apartment project still has some apartments that have been locked for 15 years, which is a waste, and I hope that authorities at all levels will pay attention to resolving it.
Voter Duong Nguyen Thai (Tu Liem ward) recommended that the city direct the re-inspection of the entire system of public toilets, especially in the My Dinh Bus Station area, and have a plan to renovate and upgrade to ensure environmental hygiene and urban civilization.
Regarding the recommendations of voters, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Pham Thi Thanh Mai suggested that issues under the authority of wards and ward authorities should promptly pay attention to consideration and assign the authorities to resolve them. For issues under the authority of the city, the City People's Council Delegation will synthesize and send them to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Pham Thi Thanh Mai hopes that voters will continue to reflect on recommendations and supervise implementation, thereby helping delegates successfully fulfill their duties as elected delegates, representing the will and aspirations of the people in the area.
