The signing ceremony was held on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Procuracy sector (July 26, 1960 - July 26, 2026) and in the context of the entire sector implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, Directive No. 06-CT/TW dated June 6, 2026 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of people's procuracy in the new period.

The media cooperation signing program is organized directly at the headquarters of the Supreme People's Procuracy, connecting to online bridge points in the system of the People's Procuracy sector.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, on behalf of 3 key national press agencies, highly appreciated the working methods of the Supreme People's Procuracy, which is one of the few central ministries and branches that have systematically and substantively implemented policy communication cooperation. Comrade Le Quoc Minh requested that after the signing ceremony, units in the People's Procuracy sector actively provide information to key national press agencies, ensuring that the signed contents of communication cooperation are truly effective, contributing to spreading the image of Prosecutor's officers with bravery, responsibility, protecting the Constitution and laws, protecting the interests of the State, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Huy Tien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy emphasized that the signing of the Cooperation Program with Nhan Dan Newspaper, Voice of Vietnam Radio, Vietnam News Agency is of strategic significance, marking a new step in the development of communication work of the People's Procuracy sector. This is not only an expansion of the scale of coordination but also a strong transformation in thinking and communication methods towards professionalism, modernity, multi-platform, putting people at the center and taking social spillover effects as a measure.
Head of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien requested coordinating agencies to focus on widely propagating the implementation of Directive 06/CT-TW dated June 6, 2026 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of people's procuracy in the new period, major policies of the Party, National Assembly and Government on building a rule-of-law state, judicial reform; propagating the implementation of Resolution No. 205/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting the People's Procuracy to initiate civil cases to protect the civil rights of vulnerable groups or protect public interests; and at the same time strongly innovate the content and methods of communication, strengthen the provision of official information, and develop multi-platform journalistic products with depth and high spread.
One of the key contents is to propagate the implementation of Resolution No. 205/2025/QH15, contributing to spreading the humanistic meaning of the new policy, raising social awareness about the role of the People's Procuracy in protecting human rights, citizens' rights, public interests and the interests of the State; focusing on propaganda about the position, role, functions, and tasks of the People's Procuracy sector, especially the function of prosecution and supervision of judicial activities, Party building work, and sector building; perfecting institutions; scientific research, training; digital transformation; international cooperation, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters; foreign affairs of the People's Procuracy sector; key tasks of the People's Procuracy sector and legal issues of social concern.
The parties agreed to build and deploy specialized pages and columns on the People's Procuracy sector on each type of press; strengthen the production of political, data, and multimedia journalistic products; establish a regular coordination mechanism in providing official information, proactively communicating issues of public concern, contributing to improving the quality of policy communication and improving the effectiveness of dissemination and legal education.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, leaders of the four agencies performed the launching ceremony of new communication programs and columns on the publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Voice of Vietnam and Vietnam News Agency, officially launching the communication cooperation phase for the period 2026-2027.
A very important new point of communication cooperation content is that the parties agreed to build special pages and columns that are brand identity, specifically describing the functions and tasks of the People's Procuracy sector. In which, on Nhan Dan e-newspaper, it will be expressed in the special page and column "Prosecution - Judicial Prosecution". On Voice of Vietnam Radio, it will coordinate to produce the program "Prosecution - Prosecution: Upholding the law" broadcast on VOV1 channel and on the digital platforms of Voice of Vietnam Radio. On the ecosystem of VNA including: Digital Content and Communication Center and Electronic News Newspaper, it will build the special page and column "Prosecution - Prosecution: Protecting Justice".
