This flight marks an important milestone in the process of putting the most modern gateway airport in Vietnam into operation.
Flight VN1, operated by Vietnam Airlines on Boeing 787 Dreamliner, completed the Hanoi - Long Thanh route after 2 hours of flight.
The fact that Vietnam Airlines' wide-body aircraft once again landed safely at Long Thanh International Airport after the flight on December 15 continues to affirm the airport's high readiness as well as the coordination capacity between authorities and service units. This is an important event marking the official commercial exploitation here.

At the same time, the airline's official provision of Internet experience on airplanes, the opening of lotus room systems, Check-in lounges at Vinh, Cam Ranh airports... show the airline's proactiveness and readiness to serve customers, especially during the peak season at the end of the year.
