The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Industrial Park Management Board.
Accordingly, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee (hereinafter referred to as the People's Committee) of Bac Ninh province that performs the function of direct state management of industrial parks (hereinafter referred to as industrial parks) in the province; manages and organizes the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other supporting services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks in the province.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province has a Head and Deputy Heads of the Board (currently the Head of the Board is Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc - PV).
The organizational structure of the Management Board includes:
7 departments and units: Office; Investment Management Department; Planning and Construction Management Department; Environmental Management Department; Business and Labor Management Department; Representative and Inspection and Supervision Department;
2 affiliated public service units: Bac Ninh 1 Industrial Park Support and Development Investment Center; Bac Ninh 2 Industrial Park Support and Development Center.
The administrative, career and labor regulations of the Management Board are assigned annually by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has about 30 industrial parks with a total area of up to thousands of hectares. Bac Ninh's economic scale (GRDP) ranks 5th in the country.
