On July 16, a clip appeared on Facebook recorded on an inner-city road, through Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province, where a car driver was assaulted in the middle of the road.
According to initial information, the cause of the incident stemmed from a request for permission. A driver driving a car behind signaled to overtake, but the car in front did not give up.
After that, both drivers stopped the car in the middle of the road to talk, leading to a conflict, argument and finally a fight.
The clip shows a man continuously attacking the other person with punches and strong kicks.
The victim was unable to resist, only knowing how to hug his head and lie on the road to suffer the beating.
Regarding the above incident, the leader of Kinh Bac Ward Police (Bac Ninh) said that the unit has received reports, reported to the Provincial Police and is coordinating to verify the incident.
