Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1458/QD-TTg to establish the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province.
According to the decision, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province was established on the basis of merging the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks in Bac Ninh province.
Management and organization of the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other supporting services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, has an account, a stamp with the shape of a National emblem; state administrative management funds, career operations funds and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the annual plan and other funding sources according to the regulations of the competent state management agency.
The Management Board performs its tasks and powers according to the provisions of current law.
The Head of the Management Board submits to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to specifically prescribe the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board according to the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Justice to review the proposal to abolish Decision No. 152/1998/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board and Decision No. 261/2003/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Bac Giang Industrial Park Management Board.
