On January 2, information from Ms. Ngo Van Anh - Principal of Tung Vai Kindergarten (Tuyen Quang), the school board of directors just conducted commendation and encouragement for the courageous act of saving people by teacher Chu Mai Huong (born in 2003).
Accordingly, the incident took place on the afternoon of February 1st in the gas station area of Thuan Hoa commune. At that time, a man suddenly had convulsions, collapsed, and showed signs of life-threatening danger.
Teacher Mai Huong performed first aid, directly performed cardiac tamponade, helping the victim gradually regain consciousness. After the breathing rate stabilized, the victim was taken to a medical facility for continued monitoring and treatment.

Talking to PV, teacher Chu Mai Huong said: "When I was on the way to the Thuan Hoa gas station section, I saw a man showing signs of lying down on the ground, so I turned the car back.
I saw the victim purple, dilated pupils, yawning breathing, convulsing limbs, so I directly performed first aid to compress the heart.
Also according to Ms. Huong, the victim gradually breathed again, her limbs no longer cramped. Asking around, she learned that the victim's name was Po, carrying his wife's name was So (residing in Dong Van) who was returning from work from Bac Ninh province to this area, when she stopped to refuel, she had convulsions and fell to the ground.
Ms. Huong's courageous, compassionate and responsible actions not only show the good qualities of a teacher, but also spread the spirit of willingness to help others in distress.
This is a bright example of compassion, life skills and social responsibility that is very worthy of praise and replication.
