Each subscriber will receive unlimited lucky money in the entire program if they meet the conditions to participate in the lottery program to win prizes in kind, including: 306 iPhone 17 (standard version) and 918 Samsung Galaxy A06 5G phones.

The more Vietnamese people use data, the more they find it lacking
Officially put into business 5G service from October 15, 2024, less than 1 year, Viettel 5G has reached 10 million users and is approaching the goal of reaching 12 million users in 2025.
According to a survey, 70% of Viettel 5G package buyers are impressed with the data addition promotion. The average monthly traffic of each customer using data (DOU) on a 5G subscriber is twice as much as that of a 4G subscriber and continues to buy additional daily traffic packages. This shows that the demand for data use among Vietnamese people is increasing.
According to telecommunications experts, this is a clear manifestation of the experience expansion effect. Users often think that the current traffic is enough, but when more is provided, they start to form new behaviors.
This is also a behavior that is recorded as a trend in developed markets around the world. In India, after commercializing 5G, the average traffic of each customer using Jio's data (DOU) increased by 3 times. In Thailand and China, the consumption of data in the whole market increased by 1.5 times. Statistics show that the rapid popularity of large-scale 5G is shaping data consumption habits. When 5G has a wide enough coverage area, rich equipment and affordable prices, users tend to quickly switch to more dense data consumption (through the use of HD/4K video, cloud gaming, XR), causing DOU to increase by one and a half to double in just a few years.
Viettel's rapid 5G infrastructure expansion campaign
commercialize 5G from October 15, 2024 with 6,500 BTS stations covering all major areas. Viettel is the only network operator to deploy independent 5G technology (5G SA) first in Vietnam, with super low latency of about 1ms and a speed 10 times faster than 4G, supporting advanced applications such as self-driving cars and remote surgery.
Viettel's goal is to cover 5G to 99% of the population by 2030 with tens of thousands of new BTS stations in 2025, creating a breakthrough in the development of data subscribers and 5G services, maximizing the potential of telecommunications infrastructure and digital platforms.
According to the plan in 2025, Viettel will deploy an additional 22,000 5G stations, accumulating the ownership of 29,000 5G stations, to expand coverage, improve the quality of the 5G network, and maintain its No. 1 position in digital infrastructure in Vietnam. The number of new 5G stations is 3 times the number of Viettel stations at the time of service launch and 2 times the total number of 5G stations of all network operators serving in Vietnam (11,000 stations) as of June 2025, marking Viettel's record-breaking infrastructure development campaign.
"Increasing the 5G broadcasting station by more than 4 times (from 6,500 stations to 29,000 stations) helps Viettel affirm its No. 1 position in telecommunications infrastructure in Vietnam. When completed, Viettel's 5G network will cover up to 90% of Vietnam's population, instead of focusing only on central areas, industrial parks or airports as it is now," said a Viettel representative.
