The Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee has reached a consensus on the policy of supporting 55 billion VND to the people of the provinces: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
The amount of 55 billion VND is taken from the "Rescue" Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to support people in 5 provinces: Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Quang Tri, Thanh Hoa to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10 Bualoi to soon stabilize their lives.
Hanoi City supports Nghe An province: 15 billion VND; support Ha Tinh province: 15 billion VND; support Quang Tri province: 10 billion VND; support Ninh Binh province: 10 billion VND; support Thanh Hoa province: 5 billion VND.
In recent days, the above provinces have experienced floods and thunderstorms due to the impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), causing landslides and flooding in many areas, causing serious damage to people and property.

Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Consecutive storms No. 8, 9, 10 and floods caused by the storm have killed 19 people and many people are missing. Many houses and production and business establishments had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage. People across the northern and central mountainous provinces are struggling to cope with floods and heavy losses in human lives and property due to floods and thunderstorms.
