On September 16, Tan Lap Ward Police, Dak Lak Province confirmed that the unit is searching for relatives of a man about 40 years old, of unknown origin, who died the same morning at the Central Highlands General Hospital.
At around 10:34 p.m. on September 15, Tan Lap Ward Police discovered a man about 40 years old in an unconscious state of health. The man had a Haunted rope in his neck and was leaning on an electric pole.
The man had no identification papers on his body.
After that, the authorities took the victim to the Central Highlands General Hospital for emergency care. A few hours later, the victim died.
Currently, Tan Lap Ward Police are coordinating with relevant agencies to verify and notify to find relatives of the above man.
