In Bac Yen commune, in recent days, the Commune Police have coordinated with the province's working groups to collect documents to issue and exchange cards for all party members in the area.
Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Hung Son - Head of Bac Yen Commune Police said that the issuance and exchange of party member cards on the CSDLQG platform aims to collect, authenticate identities, build a database of party members, standardize and modernize management work. Thereby, contributing to building a strong Party organization in the digital transformation period.
Currently, Bac Yen commune has organized the collection and issuance of card changes for 1,688/1,766 party members in affiliated Party cells (reaching 95.5%). At the same time, cards were issued and exchanged for 55 Party members of other Party cells operating in the commune.
"In parallel with this task, the Commune Police still ensure regular tasks such as issuing Citizen Identification Cards, electronic identification authentication, and residence confirmation. For elderly party members who are sick and have difficulty traveling, the police force will go directly to their homes to support the collection of documents" - Lieutenant Colonel Son said.
In the mountainous commune of Xim Vang, the road is dangerous, and the police officers and soldiers of the commune are also trying to collect applications for card issuance and exchange for party members.
For old and weak party members, the commune police force arranged a group of machines to go to the site to carry out procedures to issue new party member cards.
"Up to now, the aim Vang Commune Police have received 371/425 records, reaching 87.3%. We have to overcome difficulties in transportation and human resources, but also consider it a driving force to complete the task" - Senior Lieutenant Luong Quoc Van, officer of thehim Vang Commune Police said.
Mr. Giang A Chu, born in 1958, in Pa Cu Sang village, Xim Vang commune, shared that he himself had a stroke and had not been able to walk for many years. Commune Police officers brought machinery to his house to complete the procedures to issue and renew his party membership cards.
"The staff who came to the location gave very thoughtful instructions, the data entry process was quick, I am very grateful" - Mr. Chu expressed his joy.
It is known that as of August 22, the whole Son La province has received 80,381/91,252 party membership records. Of which, the Provincial Police received 5,044 records; the Commune-level Police and other Party organizations operating in the area received 75,337 records.
