Police investigate explosion that injured one person in Hai Phong

Hai Phong - On the morning of November 16, the leader of the People's Committee of Du Le commune (Kien Thuy, Hai Phong) provided initial information about the explosion that injured one person.

Speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of the People's Committee of Du Le commune (Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong) said that the incident happened at around 8:00 p.m. on November 15, at the house of Mr. D.V.C (born in 1991, residing in village 1, Du Le commune).

At that time, people suddenly heard a loud explosion from the 2-storey house. At the scene, many pieces of glass were shattered, the first floor rolling door was deformed. After the explosion, people discovered that Mr. D.V.C had suffered severe burns, his skin was charred black, so he was taken to the emergency room promptly. Up to now, his health is basically stable, Mr. C is still conscious, only suffering from skin burns.

"At the time of the incident, only Mr. C was in the house. His wife and children had returned to their parents' house. According to the family, the cause of the explosion was gas," informed the leader of Du Le Commune People's Committee.

Currently, the police have begun investigating the cause of the explosion.
