On the evening of September 22, Hanoi City Police officially announced information about a garbage truck colliding with a bus on Highway 35, injuring one person.
According to Hanoi City Police, at about 9:13 am on September 22, on Road 35, Hoa Son area, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi, a traffic accident occurred between a garbage truck and a bus.
At the above time, Mr. Bui Huu T (born in 1978, residing in Thanh Thuy, Phu Tho) was driving a garbage truck with license plate 99B-308. xx, traveling from the waste treatment area turning left into road 35.
When arriving at the intersection, the garbage truck collided with a bus with license plate 29LD-039. xx driven by Mr. Hoang Van M (born in 1989, residing in Da Phuc, Hanoi), which was traveling in the direction of National Highway 3 to National Highway 2.
The accident caused Mr. Bui Huu T to break his leg, and the two vehicles were damaged.
Immediately after the incident occurred, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police coordinated with Trung Gia Commune Police, the Investigation Police Agency and the People's Procuracy of Region 7 to organize emergency care for the victims, examine the scene, and at the same time verify and collect relevant documents.
Initial test results showed that Mr. Hoang Van M did not violate the alcohol concentration limit, and no stimulants were detected in his body.
According to Hanoi City Police, the preliminary cause of the accident was determined to be that Mr. M's vehicle did not slow down when reaching the intersection.
Currently, functional agencies are continuing to investigate and clarify the case for handling according to the provisions of law.
