On the morning of August 1, under the direct chairmanship and direction of Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police, thousands of officers and soldiers participated in the training session, preparing for the launching ceremony to ensure security and order for activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2 and the Festival for the Peaceful Capital.
