On January 24, Hau Giang Provincial Police said that on the afternoon of January 23, the unit organized the "Tet Sum Vay" program with cultural exchange and gifts for workers and people on the highway in Phung Hiep district.
The program was attended by Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang - Deputy Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police; Mr. Le Nhu Le - Vice Chairman of Phung Hiep District People's Committee; along with representatives of Truong Son 10 Executive Board, Army Corps 12, Trung Nam EC Project Executive Board, and more than 60 workers and local people.
Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang shared that while the whole country is busy preparing for Tet, workers on the highway are still working hard, making an important contribution to building traffic infrastructure.
Hau Giang Provincial Police always accompany workers throughout the construction process, ensuring security, order, and safety, helping everyone feel secure at work and have a peaceful Tet holiday.
To support workers and families in difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year 2025, the Provincial Police presented 63 gifts to workers, local people, the Executive Board of Truong Son 10, Army Corps 12 and Binh Thanh Commune Police.
On this occasion, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police, local Party Committees and authorities, workers and people had a warm reunion meal together. The program demonstrated the connection between the Provincial Police and local people, spreading the beautiful image of Hau Giang Police soldiers "forgetting themselves for the country, serving the people".
