On September 12, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Ninh Hoa Ward Police had received a thank you letter from the people for promptly supporting the issuance of a citizen identification card for a 94-year-old man being treated at the hospital.
Previously, on September 11, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh (residing in Ninh Hoa ward) contacted the ward police to ask for support in making a citizen identification card for her father, Mr. Nguyen Tien (94 years old), currently being treated at a hospital in Nha Trang ward.
Mr. Tien is old and weak, and needs to have a citizen identification card to complete insurance purchase procedures.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Ninh Hoa Ward Police Command sent officers to the hospital to take a portrait photo, remove his fingerprint and complete the procedures to issue a citizen identification card to Mr. Nguyen Tien.
In a letter of thanks to the unit, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh expressed: "The enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and high sense of responsibility of the comrades have helped the work to be completed quickly and smoothly, contributing to bringing peace of mind and satisfaction to our family...".
According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, in recent times, the police force in the province has received many letters of thanks from the people for their practical actions, demonstrating the spirit of "When the people need it, when the people are in difficulty, there is a police".
This is a great source of encouragement for officers and soldiers to continue to strive to fulfill their tasks, contributing to maintaining a peaceful life for the people.
