In 2026, Lao Cai Provincial Police had 1,226 officers and soldiers promoted to ranks and salary grades.
In which, 6 leaders, commanders and officers were signed decisions by the Minister of Public Security; 1,220 officers and non-commissioned officers were signed decisions by the Director of the Provincial Police to promote ranks and raise salaries.
The promotion of ranks and salary grades shows recognition for the process of striving, training, and maturity of officers and soldiers in the People's Police force.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Tien Do - Deputy Director of Lao Cai Provincial Police congratulated officers and soldiers who were promoted to ranks and salary grades in 2026.
