Accordingly, the Director of the Provincial Police appointed Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Hung - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department - to hold the position of Head of the Criminal Police Department; appointed Lieutenant Colonel Vu Truong Thi - Head of the Team for Prevention and Investigation of Crimes Against Personal Infringement, Criminal Police Department of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department.
Transfer Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Thai Duong - Deputy Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Department - to work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Mong Cai City Police; transfer Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Khoa - Deputy Head of Binh Lieu District Police - to work and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Department; transfer and appoint Major Pham Hoang Trung - Head of Nam Hoa Ward Police, Quang Yen Town - to work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Binh Lieu District Police.
