According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, implementing the policy of the Party Committee and leaders of Son La Provincial Police on promoting the "Three Firsts" emulation movement associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, in the past time, To Mua Commune Police has implemented many practical and effective ways of doing things, creating positive changes in ensuring security and order associated with social security activities in the locality.
Accordingly, during the implementation process, officers and soldiers of To Mua Commune Police directly went to the area, together with people surveyed the reality, participated in labor, supported working days, transported construction materials; and actively mobilized philanthropists, organizations, and individuals to join hands to support housing construction costs for households in difficult circumstances.
Through actual surveys, it is known that Mr. Vi Van Long's family (born 1972, residing in Na Cha village, To Mua commune, Son La province) is in difficult circumstances, he himself suffers from many heart-related diseases, limited working capacity, and his family is small.
In order to join hands to support Mr. Long's family to have a solid and stable house, To Mua Commune Police mobilized officers and soldiers in the unit, coordinated with youth union members and security and order forces of Na Cha village (To Mua commune) to contribute working days, actively joining hands to support the family.
During the housing construction process, due to unfavorable road conditions, raw materials could not be gathered at the construction site, so the participating forces flexibly and creatively used motorbikes and tools to transport materials to the house construction site. At the same time, leveling the ground, building foundations, assembling molds and pouring concrete foundations with the highest determination to soon complete a new house for people.

My family is in difficult circumstances. Thanks to the attention of the Commune Police and local authorities, from supporting the transportation of construction materials, helping to dismantle and build house foundations, my family has a stable place to live, much less hardship" - Mr. Vi Van Long shared.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Hoa - Head of To Mua Commune Police - said that the Commune Police force not only provides material support but also focuses on propaganda and encouragement for households to strive to rise up in life, stabilize livelihoods, and develop the family economy.
From the joint efforts of the Police force and the community, many gratitude houses and great solidarity houses in the area have been built and repaired spaciously, helping people in the area have stable housing and feel secure in working and producing.
