In recent days, social networks have spread a clip recording a scene of a 4-seat car driver committing violence, grabbing, and beating a technology motorbike taxi driver after a traffic situation on the road.
According to initial information, at around 7:00 p.m. on February 14, a motorbike taxi driver driving a motorbike on Tran Van On Street (Nguyen Van Cu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) encountered a red 4-seat car with license plate 77A-302.2X, traveling in the opposite direction.

Realizing that the road was narrowed due to two other cars parked on the road, the motorbike taxi driver proactively reversed to give way to cars. However, right after passing through a narrow road, the 4-seat car driver suddenly opened the car door, rushed out and assaulted the technology motorbike taxi driver, despite the efforts of surrounding residents.
The entire incident and the violent behavior of the car driver were recorded by a local camera and quickly spread on social networks, making many people angry.
Facebook account "Tuan My" shared: "Request the authorities to intervene and restore justice for technology motorbike taxi drivers".
Thanh Thuy expressed her frustration: "The motorbike went in front but proactively backed up to give way to the car, but was still beaten. It's hard to understand! Violations like this need to be dealt with severely."
In addition to condemning the car driver's behavior, public opinion also believes that cars blatantly occupying the roadway to park are also the indirect cause of the incident.
On February 18, speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of Nguyen Van Cu Ward People's Committee said that the locality had directed the ward police to verify the above incident, and had reported to Quy Nhon City Police, for investigation and handling according to their authority.
On the same day, the leader of Quy Nhon City Police also said that after receiving a report from Nguyen Van Cu Ward Police, the unit had stepped in to verify and clarify the incident. However, due to the ongoing investigation, the identities of the individuals involved and the cause of the incident have not been provided at this time.
