Information from the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate said that recently, the Provincial Inspectorate has announced the Decision of the Provincial Chief Inspectorate on inspecting compliance with policies and laws on the management and use of State finance and budget for the period 2023-2024 for Bac Ninh Provincial Endocrinology Hospital.
Attending and directing the conference to announce the Inspection Decision were Mr. Nguyen Son Hong, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province; on the side of the Endocrinology Hospital, there were Mr. Hoang Xuan Thuc, Director of the Hospital, Deputy Directors and Heads of specialized departments and departments attending.
At the conference to announce the Decision, the Head of the Inspection Team approved the working program; announced the full text of the Inspection Decision; clearly stated the purpose, requirements, content, and duration of the inspection; duties and powers of the Inspection Team; rights and responsibilities of the inspected organization; expected work plan of the Inspection Team; other contents related to the activities of the Inspection Team.
Mr. Nguyen Son Hong, Deputy Chief Inspector of Bac Ninh province, Supervising the activities of the Inspection Team, spoke at the Conference, stating that this is an annual inspection according to the plan approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, a regular activity to help the Provincial People's Committee manage the state sector in the management and use of finance and budget, thereby improving investment efficiency and contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Through inspection work, it will also help the unit increase its responsibility, successfully complete assigned tasks and powers, and at the same time detect difficulties, problems or inadequacies to propose additional and complete amendments to the legal mechanism.
The Deputy Chief Inspector of Bac Ninh province requested the Inspection Team to work objectively, honestly, in accordance with the principles of the industry's operations, working style is properly, strictly complying with legal regulations and confiding in information, documents, and inspection content according to the provisions of law.
At the same time, the Endocrinology Hospital is required to be responsible for preparing complete records, documents and arranging personnel to work, creating favorable conditions and closely coordinating to ensure the inspection is conducted effectively and on schedule.
