According to the content of the case, at about 10:00 AM on January 29, 2026, people participating in traffic discovered a tractor-trailer with license plate 29E-327.xx, pulling a trailer with license plate 29RM-043.xx carrying many sewer pipes but not securely tied when traveling on Ngo Gia Tu street (Viet Hung ward, Hanoi City). The above behavior is potentially dangerous for surrounding vehicles.
People then recorded images and sent feedback to the hotline of the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security.

Receiving information reflected by people, the Director of the Traffic Police Department directed the Hanoi Traffic Police Department to urgently verify and handle the case according to regulations.
Using professional measures, on February 2, 2026, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 (Hanoi Traffic Police Department) conducted verification and invited the driver of the above-mentioned tractor-trailer to the Police agency to work.
At the police station, the identity of the vehicle driver was identified as D.D.C (born 1976, residing in Hanoi). This person admitted to driving the vehicle to transport goods with binding but not ensuring safety according to regulations.

Based on verification documents, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 made a record of administrative violation against the vehicle driver for the act of driving a vehicle to transport goods with binding but not ensuring safety.
For the above violation, the driver will be fined 10,000,000 VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license according to regulations.
