On June 9, news from the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Province Police said that they are verifying a clip posted on social media recording a scene of a man crawling out the window of a car while driving, swinging outside to get into the car and holding a camera to take photos. This car has a HCMC license plate.

According to the scene in the clip, the above route is identified as Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. This is the route leading to Mui Ne. A traffic police officer said that according to Point p, Clause 5, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, the act of letting a person swerve at the car door or outside to get a car while the car is running can be subject to a fine of 4-6 million VND, and a deduction of 6 points on the driving license for the driver.
The case is currently being verified by the Traffic Police for handling.
Another traffic situation occurred while waiting for the scene of the accident on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway on the evening of June 8 as reported by Lao Dong. At that time, the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway, km155, was congested for a long time due to a traffic collision between a refrigerated truck and another car.
After having to wait a long time to reopen to traffic, a group of young people got out of the car at km154 + 500 and used a candy spoke to sing karaoke. This situation has also caused controversy on social networks about whether this group sang together on the highway and violated traffic laws.

According to Lawyer Nguyen Trung Tin - Binh Thuan Provincial Bar Association, this situation is a case of force majeure, not the act of intentionally stopping a car and getting off the highway to sing. The authorities can invite these karaoke singers to promote and remind them.
