Initial information, the incident occurred at about 6:45 am on July 8, at Km107+600 National Highway 5, Dong Hai ward, Hai Phong city, in the direction from the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway roundabout to the Dinh Vu - Mac Thai To intersection, a road traffic accident occurred.
At this time, a truck with license plate 15H-299.13 driven by Mr. N.V.H (born in 1995, residing in An Duong ward, Hai Phong city) traveling from the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway roundabout towards the Dinh Vu - Mac Thai To intersection collided with a bicycle driven by Ms. L.T.V (born in 1953, residing in Hai An ward, Hai Phong city) traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused Ms. V to die on the spot, and the bicycle was damaged. The initial cause was that Mr. H was not paying attention to observation while driving; not controlling the speed.
