At this time, motorbike BKS 15L1 - 009xx driven by Mr. A.T.T (born in 1977, residing in Hung Dao, Hai Phong) was traveling in the direction from the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway roundabout towards the Mac Thai To - Dinh Vu intersection when it collided with a tractor-trailer BKS 15H-296xx driven by Mr. P.P.D (born in 1980, residing in Vinh Hoa commune, Hai Phong city) traveling in the same direction.
