Directly in charge of foreign affairs, personnel organization and related contents according to regulations. Decide to convene and chair meetings of the City People's Council; chair other regular or ad hoc meetings of the City People's Council Standing Committee (if necessary, authorizate the deputy director). Receiving citizens according to the provisions of law, etc.
Ms. Ma Thi Tuoi - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Council - directs the settlement of regular and daily tasks of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council; participates in chairing meetings of the City People's Council, and acts on behalf of the Chairman of the City People's Council to resolve the Chairman's work when the Chairman is absent or authorized. Directly direct the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, the Economic - Budget Committee; coordinate the activities of the People's Council Committees; be in charge of the supervision program, meetings and tasks assigned by the Chairman of the People's Council.
Mr. Ly Rotha - Member of the City Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council - chaired the City People's Council meetings. Directly direct the Legal Committee (except for cadres); participate in preparing for meetings, receiving citizens, monitoring, urging the handling of complaints and denunciations in the area of responsibility.
Mr. Tran Quoc Vu - Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council - chaired the City People's Council's meetings; directly directed the Urban Committee and the Ethnic Committee; was in charge of monitoring, contacting voters, handling petitions and activities related to urban and ethnic fields.
Ms. Vo Thi My Trang - Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council - chaired the City People's Council meetings. Directly direct, monitor and urge the activities of the Department of Culture and Society; participate in preparing for meetings, supervise, receive citizens, and process petitions in the assigned field.
Along with that, the Standing Committee members of the City People's Council are in charge of the comprehensive operation of the Legal, Economic - Budget, Cultural - Social, Urban and Ethnic specialized Committees. The Standing Committee members of the City People's Council are responsible for collective responsibility in performing the tasks and powers of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council; at the same time, they are responsible personally to the Standing Committee of the City People's Council for the assigned content.
