Hung Yen - Voters in the wards proposed many issues related to the organization of the two-level government apparatus and land policies at the meeting of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

On the afternoon of December 15, the National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen province met with voters of Pho Hien, Son Nam and Hong Chau wards after the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Many enthusiastic opinions of voters focus on perfecting the organization of the two-level local government apparatus and issues related to land management and use.

At the meeting, representative of Pho Hien ward voters, Mr. Tran Ba Khoe said that in the context of multidimensional information, it is very necessary to strengthen information and propaganda work on the major policies and orientations of the Party and State. This helps voters understand correctly and fully the policies related to the organization of the apparatus, thereby creating consensus in society.

Regarding the two-level local government model, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, a voter of Son Nam ward, highly appreciated the decentralization and delegation of power associated with enhancing the responsibility of grassroots authorities.

Voters hope that the Central Government and ministries and branches will continue to pay attention to perfecting mechanisms and policies on organizational apparatus and staffing, ensuring suitability with population size and local characteristics, in order to better promote the role of grassroots authorities in serving the people.

Voters also proposed to study policies to attract, train, and foster quality human resources for the commune level; at the same time, provide specific instructions on the use and arrangement of a team of experienced cadres with practical experience to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.

Interested in the land sector, Mr. Tran Duc Nang, representative of voters in Hong Chau ward, said that the land legal system is increasingly being improved, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, ensuring publicity, transparency and legal rights and interests of land users.

Voters believe that the new regulations will create positive changes in practice, reduce complaints and disputes. At the same time, he hoped that the National Assembly and delegates would continue to strengthen supervision of the implementation of land laws, listen to people's opinions to promptly propose adjustments to contents that were not suitable to reality.

Accepting voters' opinions, Mr. Dao Hong Van - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen Province, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, affirmed that the Delegation will fully absorb and honestly synthesize voters' recommendations to report to the National Assembly and competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
