Hanoi voters hope to synchronize information on the national database on population and land
On September 24, Chairman of the City People's Council, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City Nguyen Ngoc Tuan and National Assembly Delegate of Election Team No. 3 met with voters of Tay Mo, Tu Liem, Xuan Phuong, Dai Mo, Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh, Phuong Liet, Cau Giay, Nghia Do, Yen Hoa wards before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Speaking at the meeting, voters of the wards recommended that the Party and State continue to take measures to overcome difficulties after implementing the arrangement and merger of the apparatus of the political system to ensure democracy, objectivity; truly being streamlined, compact, and operating effectively, efficiently, effectively, and efficiently.
Along with that, voters expressed their desire to upgrade digital infrastructure; synchronize information on the national database on population, land... to simplify administrative procedures in all areas of social life.

Voters recommend that the National Assembly and the Government continue to amend and improve the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and related decrees, thereby clearly defining the role and responsibility for coordination between residential groups - management boards - management boards; transparency in management mechanisms, use of maintenance funds, service funds, etc.
Voters hope that the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will soon issue documents guiding the establishment of mass associations.
In particular, it is recommended that the National Assembly, the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training soon issue a set of standard, unified textbooks nationwide to ensure fairness in access to knowledge for students; help reduce the cost burden for parents, especially families in difficult circumstances...
In addition, voters also expressed concern about the sudden increase in electricity prices (August and September 2025); prices of essential goods increased and inflation increased... hoping that the National Assembly and the Government will soon take measures to handle it.
No shortage of schools in the area
Speaking to receive voters' recommendations, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions and recommendations of voters to the National Assembly and the city.
Informing voters about some contents in the city's socio-economic development, security and defense, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan emphasized: After nearly 3 months of operating the 2-level local government model, the city has achieved many positive results, creating a foundation for synchronous and effective implementation, stable and smooth operation.
The city has effectively implemented the revolution, operating a two-level local government model. Difficulties under the central authority have been reflected and recommended; issues under the authority of the city have been focused on solving and promptly resolving.
In addition, urban management, renovation and development work has changed positively. Many key urban transport infrastructure projects have been vigorously implemented by authorities at all levels, such as the large bridge project across the Red River, the group of key transport projects, such as the road connecting Gia Binh airport with Hanoi; Ring Road 4 - Capital Region; school projects, hospitals, parks, flower gardens, environmental treatment projects (To Lich River, Seraphin Waste Treatment Plant...) and many other important projects and works...

The city pays special attention to investing in the fields of culture, education, health and the restoration of relics. The Education - Training and Physical Education and Sports sectors continue to maintain their leading position in the country in terms of quality. People's health care is focused on, people's material and spiritual life is increasingly improved and enhanced.
In particular, recently, Hanoi City has coordinated to organize very successful activities, including the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day on September 2 taking place solemnly, safely and effectively, leaving a deep historical mark, arousing national pride.
Regarding specific voter recommendations, with recommendations on the Law on Housing, Real Estate Business, Construction Law... Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan suggested that the Department of Construction continue to review; the problem of flooding during the rainy season, wards need to proactively review to assess the causes and have plans and solutions to solve.
Regarding voters' opinions on the arrangement of administrative units, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan assigned the Department of Home Affairs to advise the City People's Committee to respond to voters.
Regarding the shortage of schools, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan said that the city has a consistent viewpoint of trying to prevent a shortage of schools in the area, the city will review to ensure enough schools for the children of local people.
