Two biological brothers died from drowning while fishing with their father in Ninh Binh

    Ninh Binh - While fishing with his father in the coastal area, two brothers in Hai Thinh commune died from drowning.

    On July 29, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Hai Thinh Commune (Ninh Binh Province) said that a tragic drowning incident had just occurred in the area, causing the death of two children.

    Initial information, at around 6:00 a.m. on July 29, Mr. P.V.T (born in 1985, residing in Hai Thinh Commune, Ninh Binh Province) went to the area where the Thinh Long sea dike is under construction (in residential group No. 17, Hai Thinh Commune) to catch fish. When leaving, Mr. T let his two sons, P.Q.V (born in 2014) and P.K.P (born in 2016), go with him.

    At around 7am the same day, when Mr. T arrived at the shore, he could not see his children, so he went with everyone to look for them and discovered that the two children had drowned.

    Immediately afterwards, Mr. T and the people gave first aid and took the two children to the hospital, but the two children died.

    Currently, Hai Thinh Commune Police have consolidated the records to clarify the cause of the incident and completed the procedures to hand over to the family for burial.
