On August 20, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune (Hanoi) organized a conference to review and deploy the preparation for the enforcement of 5 cases of violations in the field of land in the area.
At the conference, representatives of the Economic Department of Chuyen My commune presented a draft Plan of the Commune People's Committee on organizing the enforcement of Decisions on applying measures to remedy consequences of administrative violations in the fields of land, transportation, and dyke irrigation in Phu Yen, Boi Khe, Cuu and Chau Can villages.
Accordingly, on August 21, the Commune People's Committee will deploy forces to enforce 5 violations.
These are cases that have been propagated and mobilized many times but have not complied with remedying the consequences or complied with remedying but have not completely dismantled the violating works.

Case 1: Ms. T.T. C in Phu Yen village illegally built 4 works on agricultural land, building brick walls with corrugated iron roofs and steel columns with corrugated iron roofs with a total area of 170.6m2.
Case 2: Mr. D.T.V violated by dumping ground leveling materials illegally with a volume of 462m3. The violation location is in Phu Yen village on a public land area managed by the Commune People's Committee.
Case 3: Mr. N.V.T in Chau Can village illegally built a brick wall project on agricultural land with an area of 22.1m2.
Case 4: Mr. D.V. H in Cuu village illegally built on agricultural land a reinforced concrete foundation, corrugated iron roof with an area of 117m2; brick walls surrounding, corrugated iron walls with an area of 37.8m2.
This is a case of violation that has been propagated and mobilized many times but has not complied.
After organizing coercion, the Commune People's Committee continued to direct the review of illegal acts and transferred them to the police agency to handle the crime of violating regulations on land use Article 228 of the Penal Code.
Case 5: Enforced demolition of gate pillars, corrugated iron and collection of illegal construction materials and scrap on public land in Ngoai hamlet, Boi Khe village.
At the conference, based on the draft plan, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the plan to implement coercion for each violation case.
Chairman of Chuyen My Commune People's Committee Vu Van Huu requested departments, agencies and functional sectors to proactively coordinate and advise on organizing the enforcement of 5 violations on August 21.
Mr. Vu Van Huu assigned working groups and Party committees and authorities of villages to continue to deploy mobilization and propaganda to make households aware of violations and comply with coercion; assigned commune police to develop plans and prepare forces to ensure security and order at coercion points; the health station to prepare vehicles, supplies, and personnel to handle when situations occur.
The viewpoint of the leaders of the Commune People's Committee is to resolutely handle violations in the field of land in the area to establish discipline, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land; and at the same time ensure that violation handling is carried out strictly and in accordance with the law.
Thereby, contributing to preventing and promptly handling new violations that arise, and raising people's awareness of law compliance in the field of land in Chuyen My commune.
