Plan to organize the enforcement of Decisions on applying measures to remedy consequences of administrative violations in the fields of land, irrigation, and dykes for 10 cases in 7 villages in the commune.
According to reports, 10 cases of land law violations that must be enforced include: Mr. N.V.T's household, Mr. N.V.C's household, Co Chau village; Mr. N.V.T's household, Chau Can village; Ms. N.T. B's household, Bai Le village; Ms. T.T. C's household, Phu Yen village; Mr. V.Q. C's household, Boi Khe village; Mr. D.V. H's household, Cuu village; Mr. N.V.T's household, Thuy Phu village; Mr. D.T. V's household who violated in the dike corridor area of Phu Yen village and one case of violation in Ngoai hamlet, Boi Khe village.
The above cases have committed acts of illegal construction, pouring mixed materials to level the ground within the dike protection area, on agricultural land and encroaching and occupying public land managed by the State.
According to the issued decisions, violating households are responsible for dismantling all violating works and restoring the land status as prescribed. In case they do not voluntarily comply, the Commune People's Committee will organize coercion in accordance with the order and procedures of law.
According to the plan, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune established 2 teams to organize the enforcement of 10 violations.
At the conference, functional departments of the commune, Party committees, and village authorities exchanged and gave opinions on a number of related contents to ensure conditions for organizing the implementation of coercion; security and order assurance work; propaganda and mobilization work for violating cases.
Also according to the plan, from now until the time of organizing coercion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune together with departments, branches, unions and Party committees and village authorities will continue to strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and explanation to make households fully aware of the provisions of the law on land, voluntarily dismantle violating works, and limit the application of coercive measures.
Mr. Vu Van Huu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune - said that with the spirit of no forbidden zones, no exceptions, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune is focusing on reviewing and thoroughly handling cases of violations of land and construction order in the area.
To ensure that the coercion work for the above 10 violations is organized and implemented effectively, the comrade assigned units and functional agencies to supplement and complete the coercion organization plan, and at the same time report to the city, ensuring implementation in accordance with regulations.
Based on the assigned tasks, agencies need to proactively coordinate and prepare necessary conditions to ensure that the coercion organization process is in accordance with the law, safe and effective.
Propaganda teams continue to promote propaganda and mobilization to make households voluntarily comply with and dismantle violating works, minimizing the need to apply coercive measures.
According to the plan, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune is expected to organize coercion on the 11th and 12th of August 2026, ensuring strict implementation of the issued decisions, contributing to restoring order and discipline in the management and use of land in the commune.
