According to the electronic information page of Quoc Oai commune (Hanoi), on the morning of August 3, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Region 10 - Hanoi coordinated with functional agencies and local authorities to organize the enforcement of judgments against Mr. L.D. H and Ms. D.T.H (residing in Ngo Sai village, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city) for not complying with judgment enforcement obligations despite being notified many times and voluntarily expiring according to the provisions of law.
According to the enforcement decision, the judgment enforcement agency proceeded to transfer the land use rights and assets attached to the land to Mr. N.H. H (residing in hamlet 14, Hau Ai village, Son Dong commune, Hanoi city) in accordance with the content of the effective judgment.
The asset handed over is the right to use land plot No. 205, map sheet No. 37 (formerly plot 223.2, map sheet No. 01), area 169m2, including 100m2 of residential land and 69m2 of perennial crop land, in Ngo Sai village, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city, according to Land Use Right Certificate No. AH 408702 issued by Quoc Oai District People's Committee on May 15, 2008 to Mr. L.D. H.
Throughout the process of organizing judgment enforcement, the judgment enforcement officer fully implemented the steps according to the provisions of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement; repeatedly notified and explained the rights and obligations of the parties; coordinated with local authorities and functional agencies to mobilize the parties to voluntarily comply.
However, after many times of propaganda and mobilization and when the voluntary judgment enforcement period expired, the judgment debtor still did not fulfill the obligations under the judgment.
On that basis, the judgment enforcement agency issued coercive decisions in accordance with the law to ensure the strictness of the law and the legitimate rights and interests of the judgment creditor.
At the enforcement session, functional agencies carried out procedures related to enforcement work, ensuring publicity, transparency, and compliance with the law. The enforcement work was carried out in the spirit of respecting the law, ensuring security and order and safety for the parties involved.
