Hung Yen - Hoan Long Commune People's Committee launched a campaign to coerce and clear illegal construction works in the area.

On January 26, the People's Committee of Hoan Long commune (Hung Yen province) organized a campaign to enforce and clear cases of illegal construction on agricultural land, traffic corridors and irrigation works in the area.

In the morning, functional forces proceeded to excavate and dismantle the entire foundation of the solid structure, restoring the original state for 3 violating households in Trang Vu village including: Mr. Le The H., Nguyen Duc K. and Tran Quang P. According to the plan, in the afternoon of the same day, the enforcement team will continue to clear the remaining violations in Xuan Trang village.

Previously, on January 25, Mr. Luu Tri Quan's household (Dong Tao Dong village) voluntarily dismantled a violating project with an area of nearly 100m2, building a roof frame and a factory on the irrigation corridor, restoring the original state.

The process of handling received the cooperation of households after being propagated, mobilized, and clearly analyzed by local authorities according to the provisions of law.

From January 23 to now, in Hoan Long commune, 4 households have voluntarily dismantled violating works. Voluntary remediation not only shows people's awareness of law compliance but also makes an important contribution to restoring order and discipline in land management and construction order.

According to the plan, from January 26, Hoan Long Commune People's Committee will deploy coercion and clear 14/17 violations (phase 1 in 2026), determined to completely handle the remaining cases, ensuring the strictness of the law.

Hoan Long Commune People's Committee requests organizations and individuals to continue to raise awareness of law compliance, not to arbitrarily build illegally; proactively dismantle violating works to avoid economic damage and legal consequences.
