On the morning of January 29, the Kieu Phu commune land recovery enforcement committee organized the enforcement of the decision to recover agricultural land for the household of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa (Ngoc Than village) to serve site clearance work to prepare for the construction of infrastructure for the Vietnam National Museum of Nature.
According to the Kieu Phu commune land recovery enforcement board, before organizing the enforcement, the area belonging to Ngoc Than village still had 45 households and individuals who did not approve the compensation and site clearance support plan. The Party Committee, government and mass organizations of Kieu Phu commune have repeatedly propagated and mobilized directly at households and organized dialogue conferences with households whose land was recovered.
In the process of propaganda and mobilization, 44 households and individuals agreed and accepted compensation support money and handed over the land. However, 1 household of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa (Ben Ruoc hamlet, Ngoc Than village) still did not agree to accept compensation support money and hand over the land according to regulations.
Faced with that situation, to ensure the project implementation progress according to the plan, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee issued a decision on recovering 1,853.4m2, belonging to land plot No. 20, map sheet No. 2, Dong Sinh area of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa's household to clear ground for the Vietnam National Museum of Nature project.
The organization of coercion is implemented in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring security and order, safety for participating forces and people in the area. The coercion process takes place publicly, transparently, and in accordance with the law. The participating forces perform tasks according to the approved plan.
Immediately after completing the land recovery coercion, the Kieu Phu Commune Land Recovery Coercion Board handed over the entire site to the contractor for construction deployment, contributing to accelerating the construction progress according to the set plan.
