Previously, in the afternoon of January 28, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board organized a conference to deploy the enforcement plan and the enforcement plan to recover land in Ngoc Than village, Kieu Phu commune to implement the Project to Prepare Sites for Construction of Infrastructure for the Vietnam National Museum of Nature.
The Commune Enforcement Board said that it has assigned working groups to organize many campaigns of propaganda, mobilization, persuasion and direct dialogue with households and individuals whose land is within the project implementation scope. However, up to now, households and individuals have not yet approved the plan to receive compensation and support when the State recovers land to implement the project according to the issued decision.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has issued Decisions 2931; 2943; 2946 and 2951 to implement coercive measures to recover the entire land area for site clearance and handover to the construction unit.

Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Head of the Commune Coercion Steering Committee requested members of the Coercion Committee and related forces to uphold the spirit of responsibility, perform tasks seriously, decisively and in accordance with the law.
In the process of coercion, health and security departments need to fully implement plans to ensure absolute safety; proactively gather machinery and vehicles early; and at the same time develop scenarios and handling plans for complex situations that may occur, not to be passive or surprised.
On that basis, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board continues to promote propaganda and mobilization, and at the same time encourage households and individuals subject to enforcement to strictly comply with the law, contributing to ensuring security and order, avoiding unnecessary legal consequences and damage to households themselves.
