While on patrol duty in the Trap Canal - Cat Hai area, the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police discovered 3 people who fell into the river due to a capsized boat. Immediately after the discovery, the patrol and control team in the area promptly directed the rescue and assisted in bringing the victims safely to shore.
The three victims whose boat capsized include: Mr. Pham Van Lam (born in 1964), Mr. Pham Van Binh (born in 1969) and Mr. Nguyen Dinh The (born in 1967, all residing in Hai An district). All three people went fishing on the river when they encountered strong waves and winds, causing the boat to capsize. Currently, the health of the three victims is stable.
Previously, at 11:45 a.m. on September 17, Hop Duc Ward Police received information that a young man named Vu Duc V (born in 1995, Hop Duc Ward, Do Son District) climbed onto the roof and threatened to jump down.
Upon receiving the news, Hop Duc Ward Police arrived at the scene, coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Do Son District Police to immediately deploy forces. At 1:40 p.m. the same day, the functional forces successfully rescued young man V and handed him over to his family.
