According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 6:59 p.m. on November 20, at a house on Buoi Street (Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi).
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area No. 8 and No. 10 - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi City Police dispatched 4 fire trucks and 24 officers and soldiers to the scene.
At the scene, the authorities deployed reconnaissance teams to approach, put out the fire and search and rescue.


The fire was determined to have broken out in the bedroom on the 2nd floor of the house. During the fire control process, the authorities promptly brought 5 people out safely (including 4 adults and 1 child).
Fortunately, there were no casualties in the fire. Property damage is being counted by the authorities.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified.
