The Hanoi People's Committee requested to review, compile statistics, and provide a list of facilities and works under the management field related to fire prevention and fighting to classify, prepare management records; inspect, evaluate and guide the contents of fire prevention and fighting for facilities, houses, houses combined with production and business according to regulations; at the same time, advise on handling violations according to authority.
The Department of Culture - Society of communes and wards is responsible for reviewing, collecting statistics, and providing a list of establishments and works under management related to fire prevention and fighting to classify and prepare management records for fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue. Organize propaganda, dissemination and education on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue laws in Hanoi.
Commune-level police build a movement for the entire population to fight fire and rescue to manage the organization and operation of the Civil Defense Team, volunteer individuals participate in fighting fire and rescue to build and organize drills on fire fighting and rescue plans. Organize fire fighting, rescue and relief; review, count and mobilize forces, vehicles and assets to participate in fire fighting according to regulations.
At the same time, the Commune Police directly inspect, evaluate and guide the contents of fire prevention and fighting for establishments, houses, houses combined with production and business; advise on handling violations according to authority; propagate fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue according to assigned areas.
Notably, in case a serious fire occurs in a facility or a subject under the management of the People's Committee at the commune level on fire prevention and fighting and rescue, within no more than 5 working days from the date of the fire, the People's Committee at the commune or ward level must organize a comprehensive assessment of the state management of fire prevention and fighting and rescue for the facility/subject that caught fire.
