On January 19, Hoa Xuan Commune Police, Dak Lak province informed that the unit had just coordinated with forces to promptly rescue 2 foreign tourists swept away by large waves to the sea.
Accordingly, at about 7:40 am on January 19, at Tien beach (Phuoc Tan village, Hoa Xuan commune), a tourist group of 4 foreigners and 1 tour guide came to visit and swim at Tien beach.
While swimming, 2 tourists were suddenly swept away by large waves, trapped in a rocky area, threatening their lives. Upon receiving the news, Hoa Xuan Commune Police quickly coordinated with local forces to organize rescue and relief.
Despite the strong waves and dangerous terrain, functional forces made efforts and promptly approached, taking the 2 tourists out of the dangerous area, and quickly transferred them to the hospital for emergency and treatment.
