According to Doctor CKII Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Director of Da Nang Hospital, this Tet holiday the hospital is treating more than 2,000 patients. While many families gather for Tet, thousands of patients still have to stay at the hospital for treatment. Hospital leaders have assigned a team of doctors and nurses to be on duty during Tet, ensuring care and treatment for patients; and at the same time calling on organizations and philanthropists to donate meaningful gifts.

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung added that as of the morning of February 10, the hospital still had more than 2,000 patients being treated, of which patients with artificial kidneys had to stay at the hospital throughout the Tet holidays, including the 1st day of Tet, still continuing dialysis.
For patients in particularly difficult circumstances, the hospital calls for the support of philanthropists to give gifts, helping patients feel secure in treatment, having a warm Tet right at the hospital. At the same time, the hospital also supports medicine and meals so that patients can feel secure in treatment," said Dr. Trung.
On December 24 and 25 of the lunar calendar, Da Nang Hospital will continue to organize meaningful bus trips to take patients home for Tet.
