On July 29, information from Da Nang City People's Committee said that it has just had a plan to implement the removal of difficulties and obstacles for backlog and prolonged projects under the list of applying special mechanisms and policies according to Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15, Resolution No. 29/2026/QH16 of the National Assembly and guiding documents for implementation.
The project to upgrade and expand Tien Sa Port phase 2 is proposed to apply the provisions of Article 12 of Resolution No. 29/2026/QH16. For the Project of 50m land use strip of Nguyen Tat Thanh extended road and the Project of High-Quality International Hospital, the city proposes to apply Article 12 of Resolution No. 29/2026/QH16.
To ensure effective implementation, the City People's Committee assigned the Office of the City People's Committee, the City Inspectorate, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, and relevant departments, branches, and localities to proactively develop plans and coordinate in handling dossiers according to schedule.
In which, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to take the lead in monitoring and summarizing the implementation results, periodically reporting to the City People's Committee and competent agencies. The City Inspectorate strengthens inspection and supervision of the implementation process. The Office of the City People's Committee is responsible for publicly disclosing the progress of project handling on the City Electronic Information Portal to ensure transparency and improve public duty performance.
