On the morning of July 16, a clip was circulated on social media recording a scene of a group of hamburger who were eating unfinished and discovered many beef stews while plowing inside.
The 26-second clip shows that the hamburger tripe was partially eaten, while the rest shows a series of cow dung around the tomato slices. In the clip, a female voice clearly said: "This is in tomatoes or meat, not old under the knife. So you're kidding me!
That same morning, the People's Committee of An Hai Ward, Da Nang City sent authorities to the B.H. underwear store - which is said to have sold a hamburger with a spark - to check and verify the results.

A ward official said that in the immediate future, the team requested the facility to provide legal documents, including a business license, a food safety certificate; and at the same time, inspect the processing and storage area of raw materials and food sample storage.
According to this person, the above facility was only granted a food safety certificate in April this year.
The representative of the B.H store chain also confirmed that they have received feedback from customers and are reviewing the entire processing process and extracting surveillance cameras to clarify the incident. This person said: "The ingredients at the store are imported newly every morning, without using leftover food".
The local authorities are coordinating with specialized units to continue clarifying the incident. The authorities also recommend that people who detect signs of food safety should immediately notify the authorities for timely handling and protection of public health.
