    Da Nang - The People's Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward has just requested a factory to stop encroaching on sidewalks and welding, which is dangerous.

    People reported that Ngoc Quynh mechanical workshop at the beginning of Khanh An 8 Street (Hoa Khanh Ward) opposite Sports Training Area 532 continuously encroached on the sidewalk, welding mechanical materials, causing dangerous welding rays.

    People requested that the authorities remind this workshop not to encroach on the sidewalk for construction.

    Responding to this content, the People's Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward (Da Nang City) said that after receiving the feedback, the Department of Economic Infrastructure and Urban Areas of the ward sent staff to conduct an inspection and handle the matter.

    In the working minutes, the working group requested the manufacturer to relocate all items and mechanical tools that are currently encroaching on the sidewalk and roadside, returning them to their original state, until August 27, 2025.

    After this time, if the facility owner does not comply, the working group will coordinate with the competent authorities to handle it according to regulations.
