"The storm has terrible destructive power, it has been many years since I have seen such a terrible storm. Currently, many roads in the old Vinh City area are blocked, with no power, and the work to overcome the consequences is still very difficult" - Mr. Le Van Hong, a resident of Truong Vinh Ward (Nghe An) said.
