According to a report from the Repatriation Team of Martyrs' Remains (Ho Chi Minh City Command), on July 13, the search process discovered and repatriated 20 more sets of martyrs' remains. Thus, the total number of repatriations up to the present time has reached 69 sets of martyrs' remains and 1 set of collective martyrs.
Regarding the plan in the coming days, functional agencies proposed to continue to expand the scope of the current tomb groove, and at the same time excavate more adjacent tomb grooves based on historical data comparison. The entire search process will be carried out carefully by layer-separating method. This is to ensure the preservation of the area's current status, creating the most favorable conditions for identification work in the future.
