Accordingly, at about 3:30 pm on April 3, the body of the second male student, H.T. H. (born in 2014, residing in Truc Lam ward, Thanh Hoa province), was found by rescue forces. H.'s body was found about 1 km from the beach, southward (belonging to Hai Binh ward).
Thus, after more than 2 days of searching efforts, the Fire and Rescue Police force of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has found the bodies of 2 victims who encountered an accident while swimming in the sea.
As Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on the afternoon of April 1, 4 young children in 6th grade in Truc Lam ward, Thanh Hoa province invited each other to the Hai Binh sea area to swim. After that, 2 children left first; 2 children, including H.T. H. and H.B. H., continued to stay to swim.
By the evening of the same day, the family did not see the children return, so they organized a search but still had no information. In the Hai Binh sea area, clothes, sandals and bicycles of the 2 children were found at the beach.
At 2:45 am on April 3, rescue forces found the body of 1 child. By the afternoon of the same day, the remaining child's body was also found.
